The afternoon begins with a social ride through the beautiful vineyards of the Bündner Herrschaft, led by Daniela Ryf. The approximately 30 km route is designed by Daniela herself, showcasing the beauty of the region.

 

Following the ride, we’ll enjoy a hearty Bündner Gerstensuppe and Bündnerplatte paired with a carefully selected wine at the Winzerstube zum Ochsen, located directly beside the tasting venue at Domaine Donatsch. This is the perfect moment to refuel and relax before the tasting experience begins.

 

The exclusive wine tasting takes place at the renowned Domaine Donatsch, hosted by celebrated winemaker Martin Donatsch. Guests will enjoy a curated tasting of nine exceptional wines, handpicked by Daniela and Martin specifically for this event. A particular highlight is the Chardonnay “Unique” 2023, a vintage proudly bearing Daniela’s name, created in the same year she set a world record.

 

After the tasting, Martin will guide a tour through the historic Donatsch wine cellars, offering insights into the family’s rich winemaking tradition and philosophy.

 

Relocating to the restaurant Alter Torkel, the evening continues with Donatsch wines and a delightful dinner set among the vineyards we rode through earlier.

 

By the end of the day, you will have experienced a scenic ride through nature, meaningful conversations, and a unique blend of sport, regional cuisine, and world class wine in an unforgettable setting.
