The afternoon begins with a social ride through the stunning vineyards of the Bündner Herrschaft, led by Daniela Ryf. Covering approximately 30 km, the route is designed by Daniela herself to showcase the beauty of the region. All participants will receive a limited Q36.5 Ride & Vino edition jersey, and a special surprise awaits along the way making the journey just as memorable as the destination.

Following the ride, we’ll enjoy a hearty Bündner Gerstensuppe served alongside a carefully selected wine at the Winzerstube zum Ochsen. The cosy restaurant that’s part of Domaine Donatsch, located just across from the wine tasting venue. This is the perfect moment to refuel and relax before the tasting experience begins.

The exclusive wine tasting takes place at the renowned Domaine Donatsch, hosted by top winemaker Martin Donatsch. A particular highlight is the Chardonnay “Unique” 2023, a vintage that proudly bears Daniela’s name, created in the same year she set a world record. Guests will enjoy a curated tasting of seven exceptional wines, handpicked by Daniela and Martin specifically for this event.

After the tasting, Martin will personally guide a tour through the historic Donatsch wine cellars, offering insights into his winemaking philosophy, the family’s rich tradition, and how these remarkable wines come to life.

Back at the Winzerstube zum Ochsen a relaxed Apéro, featuring a traditional Bündnerplatte served with a wine carefully selected to complement the flavours of the dish is served.

Relocating to the restaurant Alter Torkel, the event concludes with a delightful dinner set among the vineyards we rode through earlier.

By the end of the day, you will have experienced a scenic ride through nature, meaningful conversations along the way, and a unique blend of sport, regional cuisine, and world-class wine all set in an unforgettable alpine setting.
